Peach Smoothie blends sweet peaches, almonds, yogurt, and a ripe banana for a delicious and quick breakfast smoothie.

Peach Smoothie is healthy

Ingredients :-

  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
  • 1/2 fresh ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)

 

Method :-

  • Blend the peaches, banana, yogurt, almond milk , almond butter and almond extract in a blender until smooth
  • Serve immediately.
