Green Smoothie is an extremely healthy and nutritious smoothie with banana, pineapple, spinach, and Greek yogurt to be consumed in the morning.

Green Smoothie is healthy

Ingredients :-

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 cup of fresh, canned, or frozen pineapple
  • 3 large handfuls of fresh spinach (washed)
  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup water

 

Method :-

  • Blend the banana, pineapple, spinach, greek yogurt, and water in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
