Mushroom & Cheese Omelette is a quick breakfast recipe you can make in less than half an hour to impress your family and friends.

Ingredients :-

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 grated cheddar
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves
  • 2 beaten eggs

 

Method :-

  • Heat oil in a frying pan and stir the mushrooms until golden. Remove it from heat and mix with cheese and parsley in a bowl.
  • Heat the pan and swirl the eggs into it. Cook for a minute by swirling it occasionally with a fork.
  • Place the mushroom mix over one half of the omelette. Flip the omelette to cover the mushrooms with a spatula. Cook for a few minutes and serve hot with toast.
