Will You Wake Up To Mushroom & Cheese Omelette?
Mushroom & Cheese Omelette is a quick breakfast recipe you can make in less than half an hour to impress your family and friends.
Ingredients :-
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 grated cheddar
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves
- 2 beaten eggs
Method :-
- Heat oil in a frying pan and stir the mushrooms until golden. Remove it from heat and mix with cheese and parsley in a bowl.
- Heat the pan and swirl the eggs into it. Cook for a minute by swirling it occasionally with a fork.
- Place the mushroom mix over one half of the omelette. Flip the omelette to cover the mushrooms with a spatula. Cook for a few minutes and serve hot with toast.
