Garlic Smashed Potatoes is a great accompaniment and takes less than an hour to make when you have unannounced guests at your house. It is great for potato lovers.
Ingredients:-
- 500 gm potatoes
- salt
- melted butter
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
Method:-
- Add potatoes to boiling water and simmer for 15-20 minutes till they are tender. Allow it to cool.
- Preheat oven to 425°. Toss potatoes with melted butter and garlic on a baking tray. Smash potatoes into flat patties.
- Season with salt and pepper and then add Parmesan.
- Bake until the potatoes become crisp and Parmesan is golden for about half an hour and serve your Garlic Smashed Potatoes.
