Garlic Smashed Potatoes is a great accompaniment and takes less than an hour to make when you have unannounced guests at your house. It is great for potato lovers.

Garlic Smashed Potatoes for thanksgiving dinner

Ingredients:-

  • 500 gm potatoes
  • salt
  • melted butter
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan

 

Method:-

  • Add potatoes to boiling water and simmer for 15-20 minutes till they are tender. Allow it to cool.
  • Preheat oven to 425°. Toss potatoes with melted butter and garlic on a baking tray. Smash potatoes into flat patties.
  • Season with salt and pepper and then add Parmesan.
  • Bake until the potatoes become crisp and Parmesan is golden for about half an hour and serve your Garlic Smashed Potatoes.
