Carrot Smoothie is an extremely nutritious smoothie which takes a few minutes to blend in the morning for a healthy breakfast.
Ingredients :-
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 ½ cups ice cubes
- ½ tsp orange zest
- 3 pieces orange peel curls
- Water
Method :-
- Cook carrots in a small amount of boiling water for about 15 minutes in a covered saucepan until tender. Drain well and cool.
- Blend drained carrots, orange zest, orange juice and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with orange peel curls before serving your delicious Carrot Smoothie.
