Carrot Smoothie is an extremely nutritious smoothie which takes a few minutes to blend in the morning for a healthy breakfast.

Carrot Smoothie is delicious

Ingredients :-

  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 ½ cups ice cubes
  • ½ tsp orange zest
  • 3 pieces orange peel curls
  • Water

 

Method :-

  • Cook carrots in a small amount of boiling water for about 15 minutes in a covered saucepan until tender. Drain well and cool.
  • Blend drained carrots, orange zest, orange juice and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with orange peel curls before serving your delicious Carrot Smoothie.
