Banana, date, and almond is all you need to make this quick, simple, nutritious and hearty smoothie which is a great way to start your day.
The combination of creamy banana with rich, almond, dates, cinnamon is all you need to keep you full for a long time. The dates when blended don’t completely break so you will get a little chewy, bits of dates with every sip.
Ingredients :-
- 2 bananas
- 7 chopped dates
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup chopped blanched almonds
- cinnamon powder
Method :-
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a serving glass and sprinkle cinnamon powder before serving chilled.
