Recipe Of The Week Is Chocolate Pancake
Ingredients :-
For the chocolate pancake:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 6 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 3/4 cup milk
For the chocolate sauce:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method :-
- Whisk eggs, milk and melted butter in a bowl.
- Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in a separate bowl.
- Mix the above mixtures.
- Melt butter in a frying pan over medium flame and add the batter to roll out pancakes.
- Cook each side for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
- Heat milk in a saucepan and bring it to simmer. Add chocolate and stir until smooth. Then add vanilla extract and pour on the chocolate pancakes.
Banana Pancake – Is it a pancake week?

Method :-
- Mash bananas and mix with beaten egg, milk and oil in a bowl.
- Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a separate bowl.
- Mix the above mixtures.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame and add the batter to roll out pancakes.
- Cook each side for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with sliced bananas and maple syrup.

Blueberry Pancake
Ingredients :-
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
Method :-
- Combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Beat egg and milk in a separate bowl. Stir milk and egg into flour mixture. Mix butter and fold in the blueberries and keep aside for an hour.
- Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat and pour the batter onto the pan, using 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until brown on both sides and serve hot.
