Ingredients :-

For the chocolate pancake:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 6 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 3/4 cup milk

For the chocolate sauce:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method :-

  • Whisk eggs, milk and melted butter in a bowl.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Mix the above mixtures.
  • Melt butter in a frying pan over medium flame and add the batter to roll out pancakes.
  • Cook each side for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
  • Heat milk in a saucepan and bring it to simmer. Add chocolate and stir until smooth. Then add vanilla extract and pour on the chocolate pancakes.

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk

Method :-

  • Combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Beat egg and milk in a separate bowl. Stir milk and egg into flour mixture. Mix  butter and fold in the blueberries and keep aside for an hour.
  • Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat and pour the batter onto the pan, using  1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until brown on both sides and serve hot.
