Spinach & Artichoke Chicken Is Your Archetypal Dinner
Spinach & Artichoke Chicken requires creamy cheese topping on chicken breast cutlets for a remarkable dinner made exclusively for your friends and family.
Ingredients :-
- 1 package frozen spinach, thawed
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 pound chicken cutlets
- 1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup chopped canned artichoke hearts, rinsed
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp virgin olive oil
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ½ tsp ground pepper
Method :-
- Preheat broiler to high.
- Squeeze water from spinach and place in a bowl and add artichoke hearts, cream cheese and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
- Sprinkle dried chicken with pepper and salt. Heat oil in a oven-safe frying pan over medium flame. Add chicken to the pan and cook until brown for a couple of minutes. Flip and cook for a minute.
- Top the chicken with the spinach mixture. Place the pan under the broiler and broil for 3 minutes.
