Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms

Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms Is A Great Supper

These roasted asparagus and mushrooms are flavored with olive oil and rosemary, then cooked at high heat until tender for an easy supper.

Ingredients :-

  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • ½ pound fresh mushrooms, quartered
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, minced
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method :-

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking tray with nonstick spray.

  2. Place asparagus and mushrooms in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with rosemary, salt, and pepper; toss well. Lay vegetables on the prepared tray in an even layer.

  3. Roast in the preheated oven until asparagus is tender, about 15 minutes.
