Raspberry-Peach-Mango Smoothie Bowl Is An Absolute Beauty
Raspberry-Peach-Mango Smoothie Bowl is a quick recipe to make which is extremely nutritious and creamy with your desired choice of nuts and fruits.
Ingredients :-
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted if desired
- ¼ cup low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup raspberries
- ¼ ripe peach, sliced
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Method :-
- Blend mango, yogurt, milk and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with peach slices, raspberries, almonds, coconut and chia seeds and serve immediately.
