Raspberry-Peach-Mango Smoothie Bowl Is An Absolute Beauty

Raspberry-Peach-Mango Smoothie Bowl is a quick recipe to make which is extremely nutritious and creamy with your desired choice of nuts and fruits.

Ingredients :-

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted if desired
  • ¼ cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup raspberries
  • ¼ ripe peach, sliced
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

 

Method :-

  • Blend mango, yogurt, milk and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with peach slices, raspberries, almonds, coconut and chia seeds and serve immediately.
