This delicious recipe is one of the easiest recipes to make which is very less time consuming. Adding milk to this makes it even more healthy and nutritious. Ingredients :-
- 2 tbsp grated hazelnuts
- 1 egg – separate the white from the yolk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp flour
Method:-
- Beat the egg white until it is foamy in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour and milk. Stir in egg yolk and salt, add sugar, hazelnuts and then add the beaten egg white to it.
- Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the omelette golden brown on both sides.
- Hazelnut Omelette is ready to be served.
