Grilled Chicken is a great way to greet your guests who love continental food and are not willing to try new stuff. Just for the sheer love of chicken!

Grilled Chicken

Ingredients :-

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley leaves
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic

 

Method :-

  • Mix oil, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic and chicken in a bowl and marinate overnight.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and add the marinated chicken and grill them on both sides for about 15 minutes until tender.
  • Slice the grilled chicken breasts and garnish with parsley and serve.
