Grilled Chicken is a great way to greet your guests who love continental food and are not willing to try new stuff. Just for the sheer love of chicken!
Ingredients :-
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley leaves
- salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
Method :-
- Mix oil, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic and chicken in a bowl and marinate overnight.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add the marinated chicken and grill them on both sides for about 15 minutes until tender.
- Slice the grilled chicken breasts and garnish with parsley and serve.
