Green Smoothie is an extremely healthy and nutritious smoothie with banana, pineapple, spinach, and Greek yogurt to be consumed in the morning.
Ingredients :-
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 cup of fresh, canned, or frozen pineapple
- 3 large handfuls of fresh spinach (washed)
- 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup water
Method :-
- Blend the banana, pineapple, spinach, greek yogurt, and water in a blender until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
