Method :-

  • Heat oil in a large pan and bring it to medium heat.
  • Whisk flour, baking soda, curry powder and beer in a bowl. Then whisk egg whites and mix it with the batter.
  • In a separate bowl, add curry powder to the flour, then season fish with salt, and then coat with flour. Make sure fish is fully battered.
  • Add the battered fish to the oil. Cook both the sides until golden. Make sure that the fish is not overcooked and the oil is not too hot. Drain the fried fish on paper towel.
  • Chop potatoes into square tall crispy skinny fries. Drain the extra oil on paper towel.
  • Add all the tartar ingredients together in a bowl and mix.
  • Serve the fish and french fries with tartar sauce and ketchup.
