Light up your table with Firecracker Chicken today
Firecracker Chicken is an absolute favorite and is made by tossing crispy fried chicken breasts with aromatic and spicy firecracker sauce.
Ingredients :-
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 minced garlic
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- Salt
- 1 chopped spring onions (only green)
Method :-
- Mix garlic, ginger, 1 tbsp oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, red chilli flakes, chilli sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the chicken breasts to the above mixture and marinate for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken until tender and brown.
- Add soy sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar to the chicken and cook until dry.
- Serve Firecracker Chicken hot.
