Chicken Club Wrap Tastes Best When Eaten Fresh
Chicken Club Wrap is a healthy go to snack loaded with chicken, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes made with lots of love.
Ingredients :-
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast
- ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp minced onion
- 2 tbsp virgin oil
- salt
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 chopped avocado
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 4 10-inch flour tortillas
Method :-
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Sprinkle pepper on both sides of the chicken breast chicken. Oil the grill rack. Grill the chicken on both sides for 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and let it cool.
- Whisk yogurt, vinegar, onion, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Chop the chicken into bite-size pieces and add tomato, avocado to it in a bowl and mix well.
- Place 2 lettuce leaves on each tortilla and top with chicken salad (about 1 cup each). Roll up like a burrito. Cut in half and serve.
