Chicken Club Wraps combine all the ingredients of a classic club sandwich into a wrap

Chicken Club Wrap Tastes Best When Eaten Fresh

Chicken Club Wrap is a healthy go to snack loaded with chicken, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes made with lots of love.

Ingredients :-

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 tbsp virgin oil
  • salt
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped avocado
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 4 10-inch flour tortillas

 

Method :-

  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Sprinkle pepper on both sides of the chicken breast chicken. Oil the grill rack. Grill the chicken on both sides for 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and let it cool.
  • Whisk yogurt, vinegar, onion, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Chop the chicken into bite-size pieces and add tomato, avocado to it in a bowl and mix well.
  • Place 2 lettuce leaves on each tortilla and top with chicken salad (about 1 cup each). Roll up like a burrito. Cut in half and serve.
