Carrot Cake Smoothie is thick and creamy and has the perfect flavor of carrot cake making it an obvious choice for a healthy breakfast smoothie.
Ingredients :-
- 2/3 cup grated frozen carrots
- 2/3 cup banana slices, frozen
- Dash of ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla oat milk
- 3 tbsp finely chopped pitted dates
- 2 tbsp sweet potato purée, frozen
- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp maple syrup, optional
Method :-
- Blend the carrots, banana slices, dates, sweet potato purée, walnuts, cinnamon, vanilla oat milk, and maple syrup in a blender until thick and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
