Carrot Cake Smoothie is thick and creamy and has the perfect flavor of carrot cake making it an obvious choice for a healthy breakfast smoothie.

Carrot Cake Smoothie is delicious

Ingredients :-

  • 2/3 cup grated frozen carrots
  • 2/3 cup banana slices, frozen
  • Dash of ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla oat milk
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp sweet potato purée, frozen
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp maple syrup, optional

 

Method :-

  • Blend the carrots, banana slices, dates, sweet potato purée, walnuts, cinnamon, vanilla oat milk, and maple syrup in a blender until thick and creamy.
  • Serve immediately.
