Berry & Flax Smoothie blends a mixture of berries with flaxseed oil, spinach and yogurt to prepare this healthy supper to be exclusively consumed while it rains.
Ingredients :-
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 tsp flaxseed oil
- ½ cup plain yogurt
Method :-
- Blend berries, spinach, yogurt and flaxseed oil in a blender until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
