Banana-Cocoa Soy Smoothie blends tofu, soymilk and banana slices into an amazing breakfast smoothie that will keep you full for a long time.

Banana-Cocoa Soy Smoothie

Ingredients :-

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup silken tofu
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup soymilk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

 

Method :-

  • Slice banana and freeze until firm. Blend tofu, soymilk, cocoa, banana slices and honey in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve fresh.
