Banana-Cocoa Soy Smoothie blends tofu, soymilk and banana slices into an amazing breakfast smoothie that will keep you full for a long time.
Ingredients :-
- 1 banana
- ½ cup silken tofu
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ cup soymilk
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Method :-
- Slice banana and freeze until firm. Blend tofu, soymilk, cocoa, banana slices and honey in a blender until smooth.
- Serve fresh.
