Asparagus & Feta Quiche is absolutely delightful

Asparagus & Feta Quiche Is A Quick Delight

Asparagus & Feta Quiche tastes even better when combined with feta and seasoned with Mediterranean herbs for a sumptuous lunch.

Ingredients :-

  • 1 (9 inch) frozen prepared pie crust
  • 2 cups asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into pieces
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk
  • ⅛ tsp ground pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt

 

Method :-

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Set out pie crust to thaw for 10 to 20 minutes.
  • Place asparagus in a microwave-safe dish and add 1/4 inch water. Cover tightly and microwave on until crisp-tender and bright green for about 2 minutes and drain. Transfer to the pie crust and sprinkle with feta.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl and pour over the asparagus and feta in the crust.
  • Set the quiche on a baking sheet and bake until the center is set for about 40 minutes. Let it stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve immediately.
