Chicken Burger and you won’t miss McDonald’s
Ingredients :-
- 500 gm minced chicken
- 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 minced clove
- 1 minced garlic
- 3 minced green onions
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- Coleslaw as required
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves (washed in boiling water)
- 1 thinly sliced avocado
- 1/4 thinly sliced small red onion
- 1 thinly sliced jalapeno
- 4 lightly toasted burger buns
Method:-
- Season minced chicken, paprika, clove, garlic, and green onions with salt and pepper.
- Separate the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add the patties and cook over medium flame until golden brown.
- Top it with cheddar cheese and cook until it melts.
- Stack lettuce, coleslaw, chicken patties, avocado, red onion, jalapeno in between the buns.
- Chicken Burger is ready to be served.
Can You Make Veg Burger This Appealing?
Ingredients :-
- 3 boiled potatoes
- 3 chopped green chillies
- 3/4 cup chopped carrot
- oil
- 3/4 chopped cabbage
- 4 cheese cubes
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- toasted breadcrumbs
- 4 lettuce leaves (washed in boiling water)
- 1 thinly sliced tomato
- 1/2 thinly sliced green bell pepper
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- water
- 4 burger buns
Method:-
- Season boiled potatoes and chopped green chillies with salt.
- Separate the mixture into 4 patties.
- Add all purpose flour and water to form a mixture. Dip the patties first in the mixture and then in a bowl of toasted breadcrumbs before frying.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add the patties and cook over medium flame until golden brown.
- Add chopped cabbage, chopped carrot, grated cheese and microwave it for about a minute to make the coleslaw.
- Stack lettuce, coleslaw, patties, tomato, bell pepper, onion, grated cheese in between the buns.
- Serve Veg Burger hot.

Running out of time? – Try Shredded Chicken Burger
Ingredients :-
- 1 cup boiled shredded chicken
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp pepper
- salt
- 2 cheese cubes
- 1 thinly sliced tomato
- 1/2 thinly sliced green bell pepper
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- 2 burger buns
Method :-
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a frying pan and add the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Add butter in the frying pan and toast the buns (cut them into half).
- Stack the shredded chicken, grated cheese, tomato, bell pepper, onion in between the toasted buns.
- Warm it in microwave for 30 seconds until the cheese melts.
- Serve Shredded Chicken Burger hot with ketchup.
The Beautiful Chicken Honey Mustard Burger
Ingredients :-
- 2 chicken breasts sliced into strips
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- Salt
- Oil
Method :-
- Mix all the ingredients for marination. Let it marinate for 30 mins.
- Heat a pan, add in the chicken and saute on high heat till the chicken is cooked and sauce is reduced. Filling done.
- Take a burger bun, slit it open, spoon some chicken over this, top with coleslaw and cover with top buns.
- Serve immediately.
Chicken Burger The Middle East Way
Ingredients :-
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 diced onion
- 500 gm minced chicken
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chopped mint
- 2 grated persian cucumbers
- 4 lightly toasted burger buns
Method:-
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and saute onions for 5 minutes until tender.
- Mix the sauteed onions, minced chicken, parsley, salt, garlic powder and curry powder in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- To make the sauce, mix greek yogurt, mint, cucumber and salt in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook patties for a few minutes on each side.
- Place the patties on buns and top with yogurt sauce.
- Serve Chicken Burger hot with french fries.
