Ingredients :-
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
- oil
- salt
- water
Method :-
- Rub chicken breasts with oil and season each side with salt and cajun seasoning.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and cook both sides until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from the pan. Pour water into the pan and scrap the browned bits of chicken from the bottom.
- Serve them with the chicken.
- Your Fried Chicken Breasts are ready.
Garlic Chicken With Rosemary And Honey for the chicken lover in you
Ingredients :-
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp chopped rosemary
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Method :-
- Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat and add garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add chicken to it and cook until tender.
- Stir honey and lemon juice together in a bowl and pour it over the chicken.
- Cook for another 5 minutes before serving your garlic chicken with rosemary and honey.

Ingredients :-
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt
Method :-
- Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat and add chicken, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
- Saute for a few minutes on both sides until the chicken is cooked.
- Serve Garlic Chicken hot.
Lemon Butter Chicken will melt in your mouth
Method :-
- Take 3 bowls and add whisked egg in one, flour in the second and in the third bowl, mix chicken with salt and pepper and keep aside.
- Dip chicken into beaten egg, then into the flour and leave aside.
- Melt butter in a frying pan along with oil and cook the chicken breasts on both sides until tender and golden brown over medium flame.
- Place chicken in a serving plate, add lemon juice and serve your Lemon Butter Chicken.
Lime Chicken will give you the feel
Ingredients :-
- 500 gm boneless chicken
- Zest and juice of 2 limes
- 3/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 chopped garlic
- Salt
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- Sliced lime for garnishing
Method :-
- Blend lime zest, lime juice, coriander leaves, salt, 2 tbsp oil, honey, garlic and pepper in a blender until smooth.
- Add half of the above mixture to the chicken and marinate the chicken overnight.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken on both sides for 15 minutes until tender.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sliced lime pieces.
- Lime Chicken is ready.
Chicken With Green Beans & Carrots for the veggie lover
Ingredients :-
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 500 gm boneless chicken cubes
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp corn starch
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water
Method :-
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and cook the green beans until soft and keep them aside.
- Cook carrots separately in a pan just like the beans and leave aside.
- Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper and add them to a pan and cook until golden brown.
- Add garlic, green beans and carrots to the chicken cubes and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Mix the chicken broth, honey and soy sauce in a bowl and pour the mixture to the chicken, green beans and carrots.
- Mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp water in a separate bowl and add it to the chicken mixture and cook for a couple of minutes until it thickens.
- Serve Chicken With Green Beans & Carrots hot.
Time for some roast – Roasted Chicken Breasts
Ingredients :-
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- oil
- salt
- pepper
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Method :-
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame and add chicken breasts and cook for a few minutes. Sprinkle parsley.
- Then add vinegar and butter to the chicken and cook until both sides of the chicken are tender. Add water if required.
- Serve your Roasted Chicken Breasts.
Pepper Chicken to give you the spicy feeling
Ingredients: –
- 500 gm boneless chicken
- 1.5 medium sized sliced onion
- 3 sliced green chilies
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 grated tomato
- 1 tbsp pepper powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 3 tsp freshly ground pepper corns
- Oil
- Salt
- Water
Method :-
- Marinate the chicken with salt, lemon juice and pepper for an hour.
- Heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame and add sliced onions and saute until golden brown.
- Add green chilies and ginger garlic paste to the onions and saute for another couple of minutes.
- Add grated tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, freshly ground pepper and saute for a minute.
- Add the marinated chicken to the masala and cover the lid of the pan and cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
- Gently add water as required and the remaining crushed pepper corns and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Serve Pepper Chicken hot.
When Chicken Curry Is The Last Option
Method :-
- Take 500 gm of chicken and marinate with 3 tbsp curd, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp red chilli powder and salt and leave it aside for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add onion paste (3 onions) and fry it till golden brown. Add tomato puree (1 tomato) , marinated chicken and chicken curry masala (mix chicken curry powder in water before adding it).
- Cover the lid and cook the chicken for about an hour on low heat.
- Serve Chicken Curry hot.
