Sit Quietly In Your Garden With A Plate Of Vegetable Spaghetti
Vegetable Spaghetti is a careful mix of carrots, french beans, mushrooms, olives coupled with pasta for a gentle portion of veg spaghetti.
Ingredients :-
- 250 gm package spaghetti
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped french beans
- 3 tbsp grated cheese
- 2 tbsp red chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- salt
- pepper
- oil
Method :-
- Boil water in a saucepan and add spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until done. Drain and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add garlic, carrots, beans and cook until the vegetables are tender. Add salt and red chilli flakes and adding the cooked spaghetti.
- Mix it thoroughly and season with pepper and grated cheese before serving hot.
