Strawberry Almond Oat Smoothie is a great breakfast to begin the day with which is both filling and nutritious and has an amazing taste.

Strawberry Almond Oat Smoothie is a great breakfast

Ingredients :-

  • 1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 medium banana, fresh or frozen, sliced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp pure almond extract
  • 1 to 2 tsp honey, optional

 

Method :-

  • Blend the oats, strawberries, yogurt, almond milk, banana, and almond extract in a blender until smooth.
  • Garnish with honey before serving.
