Strawberry Almond Oat Smoothie is a great breakfast to begin the day with which is both filling and nutritious and has an amazing taste.
Ingredients :-
- 1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1/2 medium banana, fresh or frozen, sliced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp pure almond extract
- 1 to 2 tsp honey, optional
Method :-
- Blend the oats, strawberries, yogurt, almond milk, banana, and almond extract in a blender until smooth.
- Garnish with honey before serving.
