Stir-fry Paneer instead of chicken
Ingredients :-
- 1/2 cup sliced carrot
- 1/2 cup sliced beans
- 1/2 cup sliced spring onions
- 2 onions diced in the form of cubes
- 1 capsicum diced in the form of cubes
- 500 gm paneer cubes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp green chilli sauce
- 3 sliced chillies
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Method :-
- Place rectangular cubes of paneer in boiling water and leave aside for it to tenderize.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add the vegetables, salt and fry them while stirring occasionally.
- Add green chilli sauce, chillies, black pepper, paneer cubes and cook it on low flame.
- Serve hot.
P.S. You can replace paneer with chicken for “Stir Fry Chicken”.
