Stir fry paneerStir-fry Paneer instead of chicken

Ingredients :-

  • 1/2 cup sliced carrot
  • 1/2 cup sliced beans
  • 1/2 cup sliced spring onions
  • 2 onions diced in the form of cubes
  • 1 capsicum diced in the form of cubes
  • 500 gm paneer cubes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  • 3 sliced chillies
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

 

Method :-

  • Place rectangular cubes of paneer in boiling water and leave aside for it to tenderize.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and add the vegetables, salt and fry them while stirring occasionally.
  • Add green chilli sauce, chillies, black pepper, paneer cubes and cook it on low flame.
  • Serve hot.

P.S. You can replace paneer with chicken for “Stir Fry Chicken”.
