Sauteed Chicken In Mustard-Cream Sauce

You Will Never Regret Eating Sauteed Chicken In Mustard-Cream Sauce

Sauteed Chicken In Mustard-Cream Sauce is a classic combination of premium ingredients to dish out a French recipe in less than half an hour.

Ingredients :-

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

 

Method :-

  • Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add chicken and saute for 15 minutes. Remove and transfer to a plate.
  • Pour the chicken broth into the hot frying  pan and cook for about a minute until reduced to half. Whisk in cream, mustard, and tarragon and cook until thickened for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the accumulated chicken juices from plate into the sauce. Drizzle cream sauce over chicken and serve hot.
