You Will Never Regret Eating Sauteed Chicken In Mustard-Cream Sauce
Sauteed Chicken In Mustard-Cream Sauce is a classic combination of premium ingredients to dish out a French recipe in less than half an hour.
Ingredients :-
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Method :-
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add chicken and saute for 15 minutes. Remove and transfer to a plate.
- Pour the chicken broth into the hot frying pan and cook for about a minute until reduced to half. Whisk in cream, mustard, and tarragon and cook until thickened for a couple of minutes.
- Add the accumulated chicken juices from plate into the sauce. Drizzle cream sauce over chicken and serve hot.
