Pumpkin Pie Smoothie requires you to blend pumpkin with frozen bananas and pumpkin puree whipping into a gooey and luscious go to breakfast.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie is healthy

Ingredients :-

  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ⅛ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • cup canned pumpkin puree

 

Method :-

  • Blend banana, almond milk, yogurt, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and maple syrup in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
