Oyster Sauce ChickenLet’s do Chinese with Oyster Sauce Chicken

Ingredients :-

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts cut in the form of cubes
  • 1/2 diced red bell pepper (cubes)
  • 1/2 diced yellow bell pepperĀ  (cubes)
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 diced onionĀ  (cubes)
  • Oil
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onions

 

Method :-

  • Mix 2 tbsp oil, oyster sauce, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, white vinegar, salt, pepper and water in a bowl.
  • Add the chicken cubes to it and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken and cook until it is tender and soft.
  • Add onions and oil in a separate pan and cook for a while. Then add red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green peas and oyster sauce and cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the chicken to the above mixture and cook for a while.
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve your Oyster Sauce Chicken.
