Let’s do Chinese with Oyster Sauce Chicken
Ingredients :-
- 2 boneless chicken breasts cut in the form of cubes
- 1/2 diced red bell pepper (cubes)
- 1/2 diced yellow bell pepperĀ (cubes)
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 diced onionĀ (cubes)
- Oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onions
Method :-
- Mix 2 tbsp oil, oyster sauce, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, white vinegar, salt, pepper and water in a bowl.
- Add the chicken cubes to it and marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken and cook until it is tender and soft.
- Add onions and oil in a separate pan and cook for a while. Then add red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green peas and oyster sauce and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add the chicken to the above mixture and cook for a while.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve your Oyster Sauce Chicken.
