Surprise yourself with Mutton Malai
Mutton Malai recipe is a delicacy you will cherish while cooking as well as eating pleasuring the exquisite flavors of Indian spices.
Ingredients :-
- 1 kg boneless mutton cubes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 cup thick curd
- 3 tbsp thick cream
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
- 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 finely sliced onions
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
Method :-
- Add lemon juice and salt to boneless mutton cubes and leave it aside for 2 hours.
- To the mutton cubes, add ginger paste, garlic paste, thick curd, thick cream, nutmeg powder, green cardamom powder and marinate overnight.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add the marinated mutton and simmer until it softens.
- Add the finely sliced onions, garam masala and finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes on medium flame.
- Mutton Malai is ready to be served.
