Mango-Ginger Smoothie Is A Healthy Breakfast Alternative

Mango-Ginger Smoothie is a healthy and nutritious breakfast smoothie which takes very few ingredients and even less time when you are just too hungry.

Ingredients :-

  • ½ cup cooked red lentils, cooled
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¾ cup carrot juice
  • 3 ice cubes
  • Pinch of cardamom powder

 

Method :-

  • Blend lentils, mango, ginger, honey, carrot juice, cardamom powder and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Garnish with  cardamom powder and serve fresh.
