Mango-Ginger Smoothie Is A Healthy Breakfast Alternative
Mango-Ginger Smoothie is a healthy and nutritious breakfast smoothie which takes very few ingredients and even less time when you are just too hungry.
Ingredients :-
- ½ cup cooked red lentils, cooled
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tsp honey
- ¾ cup carrot juice
- 3 ice cubes
- Pinch of cardamom powder
Method :-
- Blend lentils, mango, ginger, honey, carrot juice, cardamom powder and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Garnish with cardamom powder and serve fresh.
