Grilled Fish With Coriander Butter Is Waiting To Be Eaten
Grilled Fish With Coriander Butter is the best grilled fish that you can have with minimal ingredients and limited time.
Ingredients:-
- 2 basa fish fillets
- 20 fresh coriander leaves
- 3 tbsps butter
- Freshly ground pepper
- Salt
- 3 lemons
- Sea salt
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 iceberg lettuce leaves
Method :-
- Take a bowl and add finely chopped coriander and then add ground pepper and salt and mix well. Add lemon zest (1 lemon) and juice of the same lemon and add. Mix well after adding butter.
- Place 2 sheets of aluminum foil, one over the other on table top. Place the prepared coriander mixture in center and spread it evenly, roll tightly to make a cylinder and seal its edges. Refrigerate till set. Your coriander butter is ready.
- Place fish fillets in a bowl, add sea salt, freshly ground pepper, red chilli flakes and olive oil and rub well. Place the prepared fish on a griller and cook until the grill marks appear on both the sides.
- Gently place iceberg lettuce on a serving platter. Cut the coriander butter into round shape and discard the foil paper.
- Place the grilled fish on the bed of lettuce, top with coriander butter and serve hot.
