Green Mojito Smoothie requires you to blend coconut water, kale, pineapple, mint, and lime and is a non-alcoholic smoothie which is good for skin.

Green Mojito Smoothie is healthy

Ingredients :-

  • 1 cup coconut water or water
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 tsp lime zest, finely grated
  • 3 limes, peeled and quartered
  • 5 drops alcohol-free liquid stevia, plus more to taste
  • 1 cup torn up green kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed mint leaves
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced (optional)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

 

Method :-

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve your Green Mojito Smoothie immediately.
