Grape Smoothie is very nutritious

Grape Smoothie Is Discerning As Ever

Grape Smoothie combines a ton of frozen sweet red grapes with banana and vanilla yogurt adding creaminess, color and flavor to the luxurious smoothie.

Ingredients :-

  • 3 cups seedless red grapes, plus more for garnish
  • ⅛ tsp kosher salt
  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup stemmed and halved strawberries
  • ⅓ cup vanilla yogurt

 

Method :-

  • Wash grapes and dry well with paper towels. Arrange in an even layer on a plate and freeze until completely firm for about 4 hours.
  • Place the frozen grapes, strawberries, blueberries, banana, yogurt, water and salt in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with grape slices and serve fresh.
