It’s raining heavily – Let’s make Garlic Fried Rice
Ingredients :-
- 8 sliced garlic cloves
- oil
- salt
- 1 chopped ginger
- 1 egg
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 sliced spring onions
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Method :-
- Heat oil in a frying pan and toss garlic over medium flame until crisp and golden. Drain the garlic slices on paper napkins and season with salt.
- Add ginger to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes. Add beaten egg and cook for a while.
- Add rice, salt and sesame oil and cook for a few minutes.
- Garnish the fried rice with spring onions, fried garlic slices, sesame seeds.
- Your Garlic Fried Rice is ready to be served.
