Garlic Fried RiceIt’s raining heavily – Let’s make Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients :-

  • 8 sliced garlic cloves
  • oil
  • salt
  • 1 chopped ginger
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 sliced spring onions
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

 

Method :-
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and toss garlic over medium flame until crisp and golden. Drain the garlic slices on paper napkins and season with salt.
  • Add ginger to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes. Add beaten egg and cook for a while.
  • Add rice, salt and sesame oil and cook for a few minutes.
  • Garnish the fried rice with spring onions, fried garlic slices, sesame seeds.
  • Your Garlic Fried Rice is ready to be served.
