Fried Zucchini Is A Family Favorite
Fried zucchini is easy to make with simple ingredients for a delicious summer side dish in just 20 minutes. This is a simple and quick way to fry enough for everyone.
Ingredients :-
- 2 zucchini, quartered and sliced
- 1 onion, sliced into rings
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cornmeal
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
Method :-
Combine zucchini and onion in a large bowl.
Mix together flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl until well combined.
Pour flour mixture over zucchini mixture; cover the bowl and shake until vegetables are well coated. Let mixture sit until a batter forms on vegetables, about 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Fry vegetables in hot oil until golden brown, turning to cook evenly.
