You can never go wrong with a bowl of Fried Rice
Ingredients :-
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- oil
- salt
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 3 chopped green chillies
- 1 cup baby corn
- 1 cup chopped green beans
- 1 cup chopped green peas
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- 2 cups overnight cooked rice
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 3 tbsp spring onions (only greens)
Method :-
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add ginger, garlic, green chillies, carrot, green beans, baby corn and green peas and toss it over medium flame for a few minutes.
- Add rice and cook for a while.
- Add salt, soy sauce, vinegar and pepper powder and saute for a few minutes.
- Garnish with spring onions and toss it before serving your fried rice.
