Fried RiceYou can never go wrong with a bowl of Fried Rice

Ingredients :-
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • oil
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 3 chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup baby corn
  • 1 cup chopped green beans
  • 1 cup chopped green peas
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 2 cups overnight cooked rice
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp spring onions (only greens)

 

Method :-

 

  • Heat oil in a frying pan and add ginger, garlic, green chillies, carrot, green beans, baby corn and green peas and toss it over medium flame for a few minutes.
  • Add rice and cook for a while.
  • Add salt, soy sauce, vinegar and pepper powder and saute for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with spring onions and toss it before serving your fried rice.
