Dragon Chicken Is Every Chinese Lovers Delight
Dragon Chicken is a popular and delicious Indo-Chinese recipe combining crispy fried chicken strips coated with spicy aromatic flavorful sauces, the dragon sauce being the star. It is a great appetizer to start your dinner with.
Ingredients :-
- 500 gm boneless chicken
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup broken cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 3 tbsp chili flakes
- 1/2 capsicum
- 3 tbsp chili sauce
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- Spring Onions (just the greens)
Method :-
- Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, salt, pepper, eggs & corn flour to the boneless chicken and marinate for an hour.
- Deep fry the marinated chicken in oil until golden brown.
- Saute cashews, chili flakes, ginger, onions, garlic and capsicum.
- Add soy sauce, chili sauce & tomato ketchup, sugar and salt and mix well.
- Cook by adding little water and corn flour slurry.
- Add the fried chicken and garnish with spring onions.
- ServeĀ hot.
