Cucumber juice is a hydrating and cooling juice you can easily make in less than a few minutes while garnishing with mint as per your taste. Cucumbers offer vitamins, minerals, fiber and have very high water content in comparison to many other vegetables which may help you stay hydrated during summer months.
Ingredients :-
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 2/3 cup water
Method :-
Blend the cucumber, lime juice, sugar, and water in a blender until smooth. Garnish with mint before serving it chilled.
