Creamy Garlic Chicken Breast Will Save Your Time
Creamy Garlic Chicken Breast is an extremely versatile recipe and is perfect for any busy weekend dinner and can be served with rice, mushrooms or mashed potatoes.
Ingredients :-

Method :-
- Pound 2 chicken breasts to flatten the thicker side.
- Dry brine with salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside for half an hour.
- Mince 5 – 6 cloves of garlic and finely chop 1 medium onion. Crush 2 cloves of garlic.
- In a non-stick frying pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter and then add crushed garlic cloves and allow it to infuse into the oil.
- Sear chicken on both sides until cooked. Add more oil if required. Cook until tender and transfer it to a plate and remove the garlic cloves.
- Add 1 tbsp butter to the pan and saute the onions until translucent.
- Saute garlic for 15 seconds. Then add the chicken stock. Add lime juice and mix.
- Add dried parsley and oregano. Simmer until onions are soft and the liquid has evaporated.
- Pour heavy cream and mix well. Then add a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg. Simmer until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Add salt if needed.
- Add the chicken to the sauce and simmer for a minute.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
