Creamy Avocado & White Bean Wrap Is An Ideal Weight Loss Ally

Creamy Avocado & White Bean Wrap is an incredibly aromatic, rich, tangy, spicy, crunchy and creamy wrap which makes a nutritious and healthy lunch.

Ingredients :-

  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tsp finely chopped canned chipotle chile
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 “15-ounce” can white beans, rinsed
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp minced red onion
  • 4 10-inch tortillas or wraps

 

Method :-

  • Whisk vinegar, oil, chipotle chile and salt in a bowl. Add cabbage, carrot, coriander and toss to mix.
  • Mash beans and avocado in a separate bowl. Add cheese and onion and stir gently.
  • Spread 1/2 cup of the bean-avocado mixture onto a wrap (or tortilla) and top with 2/3 cup of the cabbage-carrot slaw and roll up. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately.
