Chicken Stir Fry Noodles is calling you
Ingredients :-
- 250 gm boneless chicken slices
- 2 cups noodles
- oil
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced capsicum
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sliced spring onion (only green)
- salt
- pepper
- water
Method :-
- Boil noodles in water, drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame and add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Remove and keep it aside.
- Add the mushrooms, carrots, capsicum and red bell pepper to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
- Then add garlic and ginger and cook for a while.
- Add the noodles to the pan along with the chicken and toss them.
- Mix soy sauce, chicken broth and cornstarch in a bowl and pour the mixture into the pan and simmer. Cook until the sauce thickens. Garnish with spring onions and serve your Chicken Stir Fry Noodles.
