Ingredients :-

  • 250 gm boneless chicken slices
  • 2 cups noodles
  • oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced capsicum
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger 
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sliced spring onion (only green)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • water

 

Method :-

  • Boil noodles in water, drain and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame and add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Remove and keep it aside.
  • Add the mushrooms, carrots, capsicum and red bell pepper to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
  • Then add garlic and ginger and cook for a while.
  • Add the noodles to the pan along with the chicken and toss them.
  • Mix soy sauce, chicken broth and cornstarch in a bowl and pour the mixture into the pan and simmer. Cook until the sauce thickens. Garnish with spring onions and serve your Chicken Stir Fry Noodles.
