Chicken Salad Wraps are perfect for a fat Sunday brunch

Chicken Salad Wraps are a tactful way to entertain your family for a fat Sunday brunch when you are looking for a healthy alternative.

 

Ingredients :-

  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp crushed red chiili
  • 8 6-inch tortillas
  • 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 large tomato cut into thin wedges
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 2/3 chopped onions
  • 2/3 cup fresh mint

 

Method :-

  • Whisk lemon juice, sugar, garlic and crushed red chilli in a bowl until the sugar gets dissolved.
  • Preheat oven to 325F. Heat the tortillas in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until softened. Leave it aside.
  • Mix lettuce, chicken, tomato, carrots, onions and mint in bowl. Add 1/3 cup of the dressing and toss to coat.
  • Place the mixture on the tortillas and assemble the wraps before serving fresh.
