Creamy Chicken Mushroom Spaghetti In White Sauce is an easy weekend meal that is ready in less than half an hour. A delicious and creamy white sauce loaded with mushrooms and perfectly tender chicken cubes is one of our favorite meals because it’s so easy and quick to make from scratch.
For this classic creamy chicken and mushroom spaghetti recipe, a simple flour-thickened sauce binds together onion, mushrooms, fresh parsley, chicken, milk, and cheese. Fresh mushrooms work best for this recipe. They hold their shape and add a nice texture and color to the sauce. Ensure that you don’t over cook the spaghetti while preparing this dish. The only way to know if it’s done is to taste it. The spaghetti should be al dente, or firm to the bite.
