Chicken Marsala is the perfect host and is a well known dish made with pan-seared chicken, mushrooms, Marsala wine and is very easy to made.
Ingredients :-
- 450 gm boneless chicken cubes
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 diced onion
- oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 1 1/2 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup
Method :-
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook chicken until golden brown.
- Add onion and mushrooms to the chicken and cook for a few minutes.
- Pour Marsala wine and condensed cream of mushroom soup over the mixture and cook until the chicken is tender. Serve hot.
