Berry-Kefir Smoothie requires you to blend kefir with berries, banana, almond butter and vanilla to whip an amazing breakfast smoothie.

Berry-Kefir Smoothie is healthy

Ingredients :-

  • 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup plain kefir
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • ½ medium banana
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

 

Method :-

  • Blend berries, kefir, banana, almond butter and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
